With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Tommy is deeply committed to providing personalized care solutions that help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes."

Tommy Founded Oasis Family Home Care LLC. after caring for his mother whom was in Nursing for over 30 years after having a hemorrhagic Stroke nearly taking her out but thanks Be to God for bringing her through. Tommy seen the lack of healthcare professionals and stepped in to ensure his mother has the necessary care that she needed for a proper recovery.
Before founding Oasis Family Home Care LLC. Tommy worked as a PCA, Activities Director, Crisis Counselor, Mental Health Supervisor, & Day Treatment Program Director for children & Adults in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals and long-term care facilities. He attended the wonderful Johnson C Smith University studying Criminal Justice & continued to study Christian Education (BS).
Tommy continued his education and attended Harvest Time International Christian University earning his Masters of Christian Counseling & is currently finishing his dissertation to earn a Doctoral Degree in Christian Educational Leadership. Tommy currently is certified as a Board Certified Christian Counselor with NACC, Medication Technician, Certified Cpr Instructor with the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, & a Certified Nurse Assistant.
Tommy is also the Senior Pastor of Greater Destiny Impact Center, President of Greater Destiny Academy (1st African American High School Diploma Academy in Winston-Salem Nc), & the Greater Destiny Community Development Center. He is dedicated to giving back to the community and works with local organizations to raise awareness about the importance of quality home care.
